Aug’24 review of our equity research strategy- Special Situation & Wealth Compounders [We have initiated 1 new stock position in FC SS in the month of August. Visit www.fintrekkcapital.com for more details]
We have recently initiated a new stock position in our 'Special Situation' equity research product #FCSS
The management team has scripted a sharp turnaround in the overall business. The company is net debt free ahead of its timeline and has a net cash position now after the business restructuring which included selling off the non-core business, demerging a business vertical and a fast pace growth of 30%+ CAGR in EBITDA and 15%+ in Revenue over the last few years. The guidance is to keep the momentum growing at 12-15% growth over next few years. Given the tailwinds in this discretionary consumption sector and leadership (company is 2x the size over the next incumbent in a large market moving towards organized segment), we feel the numbers are achievable.
